What this is

Jyotina is a jyotish calculation and AI reading service at jyotina.com and in the Jyotina app. Jyotina is a product of Zordant, a sole proprietorship registered in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, India, founded by Priyank Bhargava, which builds and operates it. Wherever these terms say “Jyotina”, “we” or “us”, the contracting party is Zordant, the owner of Jyotina.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It does not require a physical or digital signature.

By using the site or app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older, or use Jyotina with the permission of a parent or guardian. Giving accurate information at signup is your responsibility, and so is everything done under your login.

• One account per person, so charts and history stay clean.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold.
• If we see misuse we may suspend an account, and we will state the reason in writing.

Free and paid

The kundli, the tools, and a set number of free questions on signup cost nothing. After that, answers are paid per question from your wallet at the price shown in the product, and membership plans are sold as one-time payments for a fixed 30-day window — nothing renews or charges on its own. Reports are one-time purchases.

Every price is quoted by our server at checkout. Payments are processed by payment gateways authorised by the Reserve Bank of India; we never see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI credentials.

What you may not do

It is a short list, and it means one thing — use the service honestly.

• Resell our output as your own calculation, or misrepresent it to others as professional advice.
• Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site, the app, or our systems.
• Enter someone else's birth data without their permission.
• Use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

Content and IP

The calculation is built from your data and its output is yours to keep — download it, print it, show it to anyone. The Jyotina and Zordant names, design, code, and written readings are the property of Zordant. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service; nothing more is granted by implication.

Guidance, not professional advice

Everything Jyotina produces — readings, reports, chat answers — is guidance for reflection, not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. AI output can be wrong. The disclaimer page spells out the limits, and it is part of these terms.

Availability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the third parties we rely on — payment gateways, hosting, AI providers — are outside our direct control.

Limit of liability

Jyotina is for guidance; the outcome of any decision is yours. To the maximum extent the law allows, Zordant — the proprietorship that owns Jyotina — is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Katni, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve things by talking first — the grievance page describes how, and it is faster than any court.

Changes

When the terms change we update the date on this page, and significant changes to a paid service are announced in advance so you can decide.
