Refund policy

Put simply: if you paid and got nothing, or got an answer that your chart shows is wrong, the money comes back. No maze.

last updated 20 Oct 2026

Always refunded

  • Duplicate payment — charged twice for the same order, the duplicate comes back in full.
  • Paid but not delivered — money captured, but the credit, plan, or report did not reach your account within 48 hours.
  • Wrong amount — charged more than the price shown at checkout; the difference comes back.

Reports

A full refund within 7 days of purchase, no reason needed — and the report stays in your account; we do not take it back.

Questions and plans

A wrong answer is refunded. If you show us, with your chart and the reasoning, that an answer was wrong, and we agree after checking it, you get ₹10 back for that question, credited to your wallet. Wallet money itself never expires.

Plans are one-time 30-day windows; nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel. A plan bought by mistake and left unused is fully refunded if you write within 7 days.

Wallet balance

Unused wallet balance is refunded on request — write to hello@jyotina.com from your registered email. We decide within 48 hours and send it back by the method you paid with; the 30-day line on the pricing page is the outer limit, not the usual case.

How to ask

Write to hello@jyotina.com from your registered email with the order id (it is on the orders page and on your receipt), the date and amount, and a line on what went wrong.

For a wrong answer, write to hello@jyotina.com from your registered email with the question and the answer (the date and time you asked is enough to find it), and show from the chart where the answer goes wrong: which graha, bhav, dasha or calculation, and why. We check it against the same chart and reply with our decision and the reason.

We never require a phone call for a refund, and we do not send retention offers.

When the money arrives

We decide within 48 hours of having the details. Approved refunds go back by the method you paid with; the bank or UPI provider then takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.

What is not refunded

  • An answer you disagree with but cannot show to be wrong from the chart.
  • A report older than 7 days — by then you have read it.
  • Disliking what a correct reading says: jyotish guidance is informational, and the disclaimer page is upfront about its limits.
  • A pattern of heavy refunding that looks like abuse. If that happens, we state the reason in writing.

Something unclear? Write to us — a person reads it, and the grievance route is on the grievance page.
